It features a disc shape mount, embellished with a round white 6 MM cultured pearl, haloed by single cut diamonds. 16 micro wall set single cut diamonds surround the center pearl. A plain gold loop holder suspends the disc pendant on an 18-inch paper clip chain, which comes included with the pendant.
